THOR System Requirements

Requirements:

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) which provides access to the Internet. (Check your local phone company for an ISP available in your area.)
  • Web browser of Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, 10 or 11 with 128-bit encryption and the latest service pack.
  • IBM Compatible computer on a Windows platform
  • Windows Operating System - 7 and greater
  • THOR is not compatible with Windows 10 Edge. Users can only access THOR using Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11. Users that are using or have upgraded to Windows 10 Edge will not be able to access THOR.

Recommendations:

Note:  The THOR Applications have been tested and function on the above-required platforms. In some situations unforeseen problems may be realized due to user browser problems or networking issues. THOR Support Staff will work with you to the extent possible to identify and correct the problem.

Please note that these requirements are subject to change as additional services are added or Microsoft Operating Systems, Internet Explorer, and service packs reach the end of their lifecycle.
